Sign-up

The advance sign-up is available until 16 days before the event on www.viking.con.dk.
By using the advance sign-up it is possible to take part in the lottery for tournament seats and pre-order meals and merchandise.
If you would like to participate in the same tournaments or roleplaying scenarios as your friends or family, please use the ‘group’-function in the advance sign-up.
Tickets are also available at the door.

Arrival and tjeck-in

Tjeck-in will be at Tårnby Gymnasium from 5 PM on Friday of the event, for adnvance sign-ups and VIPs.

The cmmon sleeping area is open to everyone from 5 PM.

Tickets are available at the door from 6 PM.

The convention itself starts at 6 PM.

Food and drinks

It will be possible to purchase light meals and drinks from our cantina during the event.

Main meals can be pre-ordered via the advance sign-up.

Sleeping and bathing

Multi-day attendees are free to use our common sleeping area, where you will also find bathroom amenities.

Please note that you will need to bring your own sleeping bag and mat, as well as towels.

The prohibited stuff at Viking-Con

Alcohol: You are not allowed to bring alcohol to the event. Alcohol bought at the event can only be consumes in the designated area.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the event, including outdoor areas.

Furthermore all instructions from Viking-Con must be followed.
